Hi there! Meet Robin Brown, Tito Smith and Alvin Banks, the directors and co-founders of Forward Connect NYC. Robin, Tito and Alvin have a long workforce development background in the construction trades. Robin growing up in Brooklyn, Tito and Alvin growing up in Harlem and the Bronx share a passion for investing in communities all over NYC.
